Projects
We will engage with communities, organizations, and individuals across the various environment types, funding their projects and organizing a wide range of events and activities that address factors related to cultural, racial/ethnic, historical, socioeconomic, religious, gender, and sexual identities.
- Workshops in designing and crafting costumes and art vehicles, both online and in person.
- Presentations of costume characters creation and development, both individual and group costumes.
- Exhibitions of costumes, accessories and art vehicles found in the various areas/environments FUNDSTUME operates, both online and in person.
- Representation at physical events: by means of FUNDSTUME’s Art Truck, Camp FUNDSTUME and costume creations conceived at the FUNDSTUME’s Think Tank/Makers Space project.
- Participation at online events such as Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) events as well as industry Webinars and Summits.
- Research:
(i) into the transformation of the character, psyche and body energy through costume art;
(ii) into the history, legacy, present of costume art, and of its cultural and religious contexts;
(iii) materials, shapes and techniques used in costume art and art vehicles. - Lectures on the outcome of the above research activities, both online and in person.
